We hope you have many years of enjoyment from your Felston digital audio delay. Unfortunately, problems can happen, and if so we hope to minimize the inconvenience caused.

For your own benefit, please refer to your User Manual and, in particular, pay close attention to the Troubleshooting section, before deciding that your unit is faulty.

If you still have a problem that you cannot resolve, first contact your dealer where you purchased the product. If you bought direct from us or require further assistance, please either:

Every Felston product includes a 12 month return-to-base warranty. For details please refer to the warranty information that accompanied your product. Outside this time, we are able to offer a repair service at your own expense. We will quote you for the repair before performing the work.

NOTE: You must obtain an RMA number from us, and mark it clearly on the outside of the packaging, when returning any product to us. We cannot accept goods back without an RMA number. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
